As part of the economic development of Initialis Science Park, this enterprising public project launched by the IDEA allows companies that are in a growth phase to benefit from the advantages of an efficient infrastructure.
As a metaphor of the object carved by its technological content, a voluntarily dynamic expression, breaking away from orthogonality, it exudes a strong identity whose V-shaped design, modulated in a series of duplexes connected by a first floor corridor, offers individual autonomy as well as space for collective collaboration.
