Refurbishment of a theater hall (225-450 places)

The VGC would like to optimize the acoustic of the existing theater hall. AgwA won the invited competition by finding a rational technical solution. The project consists of the building of new internal skin in poured concrete and heavy concrete blocks. This new skin redefines the access in the hall but also creates a foyer. The constructive system of the skin gives it its acoustic qualities but also supports all the technical and scenographic dimensions without impact on the existing building.
