The site is located along the road of Andenne, near the centre of Eghezée. The field of developing in depth, perpendicular to the main road. A local service road along the ground on its length West. The neighbouring field, West of the site, consists of a set of housing built to a gauge ground floor + 2 + roof. The program includes 24 housing. We propose to allocate these units in 8 housing three units (block 1, 2 and 3) each to approaching the scale of the existing buildings. The orientation of housing units follow approximately North / South. Their implementation and their distribution on the site promote maximum sunshine of housing. Each housing is across and is at least two directions. The volume is designed to identify the surfaces of terrace at the second level. Breakthroughs created on the second floor allow of views through each block of houses to the back of the land now occupied by a field.
