About

Architecture without a license for a project developed around a generous living room volume and a roof terrace in front south. This house, yet located in a small subdivision, provided us the opportunity to explore the possible sets of drawers in the different areas showing a protected entry, an office in touch with the grass in the garden or a room projected onto the landscape.

Implemented in timber frame, the house has a very efficient isolation of tissue, a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery on exhaust air and soil heating powered by a geothermal heat pump.
