JDS, LPP, ROTOR, V+ : 3rd European Meeting of Architecture
In May 2019, the three Houses of Architecture of the Great East launched the European Meetings of Architecture for the third time. The idea is simple: invite a European country and propose three conferences of three architects from that country & a round table bringing them together. This year, Belgium is in the spotlight and the Maison de l'architecture de Lorraine welcomes Renaud Haerlingen, architect of the Brussels based Rotor agency, for a major conference at the Octroi de Nancy on Saturday 18 May.
The conference will be followed by a round table discussion with Renaud Haerlingen (architect of Rotor, Brussels), Thierry Decuypere (V+ , Brussels ), Maurizio Cohen (architect, teacher, architecture critic and author), Vincent Pierret (architect at Ledroit Pierret Polet and teacher at the Ecole de la Cambre - Brussels). The round table will be moderated by Marie José Canonica architect.
But also, Friday 17 May at 6.30 pm, at the Clémangis house, 1 place du Cloître, in Châlons-en-Champagne: conference by Thierry Decuypere (V+, Brussels) and in Strasbourg, at the Upper Rhine MBA: conference by the architect Julien de Smedt (JDS architects, Bruxellles, Copenhagen, Shanghai).
