L’Atelier de l’Arbre d’Or designs, renovates or fits out spaces in which practicality and creativity are combined to take form of personalized works.

Its objective : the search for the best appropriateness between the creation of harmonious projects, the relevance of the project manager’s image as well as the essential control of costs and time limits. The carrying out of more than 250.000 square meters of construction shows its perfect expertise of forms and functions.

The rigour of its architectural approach, its concern with the quality of life as well as the integration of projects within the urban space is also expressed in the variety of programs: collective equipments, multi-function grouping, residential blocks, working spaces, commercial complexes, town-planning studies, etc.

Beside new realizations, l’Atelier de l’Arbre d’Or similarly gets down to the restoration of the heritage. So, monument classified in their transformed states, the Mills of the Meuse were also awarded by a Europa Nostra grade. This restoration exemplifies the skill to provide its realizations with a real added value coupled with an enrichment of the urban space.

The performance quality of l’Atelier is based upon the creative capacity to integrate man, space and material in concrete projects while preserving symbols and dreams …
