The finalists for the Mipim Awards 2020 are known. The 11 members of the jury have selected 45 projects (228 applications) from 19 countries for the final of these international real estate awards. Four Belgian projects are in the final four.

Focus on the Belgian projects

These are the new Chirec Delta Hospital (Assar Architects) in the category of best healthcare development; The Cosmopolitan building (Bogdan & Van Broeck) in the category of best renovated building; and the Tivoli GreenCity sustainable district of citydev.brussels (architectesassoc. in momentaneous association with ADRIANA) - whose urban design project was designed by MSA - in the category of best urban project.

The 4th Belgian project in the competition is in the category of best hotel and tourist resort, the Red Cross Care Hotel in Zuienkerke (POLO Architects).  

The winners in each of the 11 categories will not be announced until June 4th, the date of the Mipim Awards ceremony in Cannes.
